2 User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain it throughout their usage of the platform.
Legal Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including local health and safety standards.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data scraping, or spamming.
3 Account Security

Report unauthorized account use immediately to Termbi support.
Termbi is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
4 Payment and Billing

By User
Users can terminate their accounts at any time through their account settings.
Data Retention
Upon termination, all data associated with the account may be deleted permanently after 30 days.
7 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and software remain Termbi's exclusive property.
Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use our services.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8 Liability Limitation
We are not responsible for:
- Losses incurred due to third-party integrations
- Business interruptions or data loss
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
Our total liability for any claims related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
9 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
